How it works

Fortnightly sessions

01

One-on-one

For highly motivated men of any age ready to build or strengthen their 5 Foundations, set goals and take meaningful action.

6-session program

02

Father & son

This is very specialised and requires both father and son to be onboard. Goal Setting, Sporting and Key Milestone Development providing effective facilitated communication.

4–8 men

03

Small group

A cohort of men working the five foundations together, with accountability and brotherhood built in.

Every mentoring relationship starts with a short intro call to make sure it's the right fit — no obligation, no sales pitch.

This work is for men of all ages — not just young men. Many of the men Will mentors are in their 40s, 50s and 60s.

The approach

Direct. Practical. Structured.

Mentoring with Will is not therapy or counselling, and it isn't a motivational pep-talk. It's a straightforward working relationship with someone who will tell you the truth and hold you to what you said you'd do.

  1. 01

    Listen

Start with where things actually are, not where they should be.

  2. 02

    Get honest

Name the real problem, without judgement and without softening it.

  3. 03

    Build a plan

Pick one foundation and set steps small enough to be done this week.

  4. 04

    Check in

Regular sessions to review what happened — good weeks and bad ones.

  5. 05

    Hold accountability

Standards stay in place between sessions. That's where the change happens.

Built around real life

Work, study, sport and family — not instead of them

Sessions fit around school, apprenticeships, shift work, training and family commitments. The work between sessions is deliberately small and specific: habits that hold up on a bad week, not a program that collapses the first time life gets busy.

Progress is measured against the five foundations — fitness, finances, family and friends, faith and fun — so it's always clear where things are improving and where the next effort should go.
